Initiate Your Return
Log into your DroneFly account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Gear
Place the drone, all original accessories, manuals, and batteries back into the original manufacturer packaging to ensure full credit eligibility.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition and flight logs, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
